Jaci Rahey Named To New Jersey All-Decade Team

The honors keep rolling in for Manhattan senior Jaci Rahey as she was recently named to the New Jersey High School Softball All-Decade team.

As a high school player, Rahey was named first team all-state, First Team All-North Jersey, first team all-county and first team all-conference all four years. The 2007 Passaic County Coaches Association Student Athlete of the Year, she led DePaul Catholic to the county title as a freshman in 2004. Rahey attended the Adidas Elite Top 100 USA Softball Players national showcase in 2006, and she was invited to tryout for the 2008 U.S. Olympic team. In addition, her softball number was retired at DePaul.

Jaci has a busy senior year coming up...she is a star player on the Manhattan volleyball team and of course a .400 hitter for the Lady Jaspers' softball squad.
