To Niagara softball.

If it happens, it would make Niagara a formidable contender, IMO. Hopefully will know within a few days.

Here's a hint: Kim Bryson finished very strong in 2012, and I expect her to be among the MAAC's top pitchers this season. A circle mate could make the Purple Eagles the top pitching team overnight.

Any news on a probable pitching transfer to Niagara softball team?

I don't make their decisions for them I just report it!
Looks like Canisius may be in the mix...

Wow... Sorry I asked!

so probably a transfer from canisius?

WNY Softball said...

No, not from Canisius. I meant to say that Canisius looks to be in the bidding.
At any rate, hopefully we will find out by the end of the week.

Heard that the St bona 1st basement was transferring to canisus but now decided to go to NU. Is this true?? and isnt she a senior?

Just trying to figure this out.....
Is it a pitcher or a 1st baseman or both that may be coming from St. Bonaventure to NU?
What year are they in?

If a transfers are coming in I hope that they are quality individuals as well as softball players. The new coach does not need personality issues to deal with in her 1st year!

Checked out St Bonaventure's softball website statistics page. The two rumored transfers from St Bona. are both seniors. The pitcher saw a lot of time on the mound & her stats were okay.
The other player had a total of 13 at bats as a Junior. Pitching is always needed..... taking on a senior position player with very little playing time on her resume is questionable. Just my opinion!

The first baseman is Danielle Frye, and she has simply transferred to Niagara, and would be a walk on. The rumored pitcher is not a senior.

its obviously sansano. not only is she no longer on the roster, but she would be the only one who would stand a chance of helping niagara have "the best pitching staff"
